Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?
A: We are a professional bag manufacturing factory with over 16 years of experience.
Q: What types of bags do you produce?
A: Basically women casual bags, handbags, tote bags, crossbody bags, duffle bags and wallets in all kinds of material.
Q: What is your monthly production capacity?
A: Our factory output is approximately 80,000–120,000 pcs/month, depending on product complexity.
2. Customization, MOQ & Sampling
Q: What is your MOQ?
A: Our MOQ for general products and materials is 300 pcs per color per design. Small orders are negotiable for available fabrics.
Q: Do you accept OEM/ODM customization?
A: Yes. We offer not only OEM but also ODM with various designs, materials, colors , bag structures, and branding for global brands.
Q: How do I request a sample?
A: Simply send us your design file, we will confirm details and create your sample.
Q: How long does it take to make a sample?
A: Sample lead time is typically 7–10 working days.
Q: Is there a sample fee?
A: Sample fees vary based on complexity but are refundable after mass production.
Q: What logo options do you offer?
A: Embroidery, silk printing, heat transfer, PVC/rubber label, metal plate, woven label, 3D silicone, etc.
3. Pricing & Payment
Q: How is your pricing determined?
A: Price is based on material, accessories, size, structure, workmanship, and order quantity.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: T/T, L/C, PayPal (samples), Western Union.
Q: Do you offer discounts for large orders?
A: Yes, competitive volume pricing is available based on order quantity.
4. Production & Lead Time
Q: What is your production lead time?
A: Mass production typically takes 45–60 days, depending on order quantity and complexity.
Q: Can we check production progress?
A: Yes. We provide regular updates with photos or videos, and support third-party inspection.
5. Quality Control
Q: How do you ensure product quality?
A: We perform strict QC including:
- Material inspection
- In-line production checks
- Finished product inspection (AQL standard)
- Final packaging inspection
Q: Do you support third-party inspections?
A: Yes. SGS, BV, TUV, and Intertek inspections are welcome.
6. Packaging & Shipping
Q: What packaging options do you offer?
A: Standard OPP polybag, custom packaging, color boxes, and customized cartons.
Q: What shipping methods are available?
A: Sea freight, air freight, courier delivery, and LCL/FCL options.
Q: Can you arrange shipment for us?
A: Yes. We support FOB, EXW, CIF, and can work with your forwarder or ours.
Q: Do you provide Amazon FBA services?
A: Yes. We offer labeling, polybagging, carton marking, and direct delivery to Amazon warehouses.
7. After-Sales & Support
Q: What if we receive defective products?
A: We take full responsibility for confirmed quality issues and offer solutions such as replacement, refund, or compensation depending on the situation.
Q: Will you sign an NDA to protect our designs?
A: Yes. We respect client privacy and sign confidentiality agreements upon request.
8. How to Start a Project
Q: We are new to bag production. Can you help?
A: Absolutely. Our team provides full assistance with material selection, structure guidance, cost control suggestions, and design optimization.
